Onboarding:
  • Handle administrative and legal preparations for new hires during pre-boarding.
  • Organize onboarding plans, welcome days, and internal training sessions to help newcomers integrate seamlessly.

  • Organize both internal and external trainings, support employee development, and collaborate with training providers.
HR Business Partnering:
  • Work closely with leadership on people management, organizational changes, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Ensure that HR practices align with our company values and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Employer Branding & Employee Care:
  • Plan internal and external company events, promote our workplace culture, and nurture employee well-being.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2–3 years in a similar HR role or hands-on experience in multiple HR areas, experience in an IT company is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive mindset, positive approach and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR processes, labor law, and modern HR practices.
  • Language: Fluency in Czech and English, as both languages will be used daily.

At the start, this role might feel challenging, as you’ll be covering the full HR agenda independently. However, you can count on strong support from leadership, which is always open to new ideas and values collaboration. This position reports directly to leadership, ensuring clear communication and guidance.

Additionally, later in the year, another team member will be returning from maternity leave on a part-time basis, allowing the workload to be shared between the two of you and divide responsibilities effectively. For this reason, we are also open to discussing the possibility of part-time cooperation.

We believe that, especially in an HR role, it’s important to be present in the office, as most of Phonexia’s employees are on-site almost every day.
