Junior Technical Consultant

Our Consulting team is looking for a new colleague, a Technical Consultant with a passion for communication, who would support us on interesting international projects.

This position is only available on-site at our office in Brno as:

  • part-time job: suitable for an enthusiastic student seeking new skills,
  • full-time job: suitable for a junior with some experience who is looking for opportunity to grow.

As long as you enjoy talking to people and presenting, we are prepared to teach you everything you need to know.

Your Role

As a Technical Consultant, you will be:

  • Training - teach our customers about how to use our technologies.
  • Supporting - help to solve partners' challenges in solution development and deployment.
  • Onboarding - introduce our products and technologies to our new partners.
  • Consulting - cooperate with the sales and product team, provide the technical point of view.

Skills You Will Need

To excel in this role, you should be proficient in:

  • English: you will use it daily as we have partners worldwide,
  • Training and problem solving: you will explain complex technical issues clearly and creatively solve customers' problems,
  • Presenting: you should confidently address people in person or using online tools like Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc.,
  • Project management: a project-oriented mindset is beneficial.,
  • Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python): any knowledge is advantageous.

Currently, there are no on-call duties associated with this position. For non-urgent matters, we provide support to our partners during standard working hours.

Occasionally, we conduct customer training on-site or attend exhibitions, which may involve travel - approximately once every quarter. When not traveling, we are working from our offices in Brno-Královo pole. We value team cooperation, and we believe that team spirit arises from personal interactions. However, occasional remote work is also possible 😊
