1.1 Monitoring of your account activity
Once you have signed up and use your Phonexia Account, we can record and process information about your usage such as how often you use your Phonexia Account, how often you upload audio, video or other files, the size of generated content and other activity related to your use of Phonexia services.

However, all our team members operate under strict confidentiality policies or contractual obligations.
3.2 Purpose of access to your account
We can access to your account for the purpose of determining causes and solutions to technical issues, and continuous development of our recognition methods.
3.3 Facility handling information
Your personal information can be stored, processed, accessed and handled in our facility or a facility of our agents or business partners. All facilities must comply with this Privacy Policy.
3.4 Data security
We work hard to consistently provide a high level of security to protect your personal information, accounts, and content. Once we enable phone calls recording service as part of Phonexia Services and you will decide to use such call recording service, you will be required to request and receive consent from all involved parties for each individual call made. It will be your responsibility to ensure that consent is received in accordance with all applicable laws.
3.6 Storing content
You can decide to delete any audio files or transcribed content within your account. Deleted content may remain archived for back-up purposes within our system for a period of time. We have no responsibility in case that content becomes lost due to your deletion.

4.1 Why we use cookies
We use cookies to give you a better user experience on our website and to remember the choices you are making when using it. We also use cookies to constantly improve the content and functions you encounter on our website.

This Privacy policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. All claims and disputes arising from this Privacy policy will be brought solely to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brno, Czech Republic.
